Our brewery’s best-seller, Liquid Sunshine is a blond beer with a golden robe.
The aroma of the Citra hops, as the name suggests, brings pronounced citrus notes.
Summer Circus
Pale Ale
Summer Circus, a blond beer with copper highlights, is the little sister of Liquid Sunshine.
The English Jester hops gives it notes of tropical fruits and blackcurrants.
Bumblebee
American Wheat Beer
Bumblebee is an American-style wheat beer, refreshing, sweet and fruity, with a very slight acidity from the wheat.
The Amarillo hops give notes of citrus, especially orange.
Dead South
India Pale Ale
Dead South is a dry and very aromatic IPA. Its bitterness is camouflaged by the strong presence of aroma hops,
that bring notes of exotic fruits, pears and stone fruits.

An India Pale Ale brewed with the robust Scandinavian yeast Kveik, mild and very fruity!
Road Trip
New England IPA
The little sister of the Commune, Road Trip is a light New England IPA, but just as fruity as her renowned big sister! It combines the aroma of citrus and tropical fruits with a strong hoppy note
La Commune
Double New England IPA
La Commune is a strong blond beer, brewed in collaboration with our friends from the brewery l’Apaisée in Geneva.
This double New England India Pale Ale is a very heavily hopped beer. It is deliberately cloudy, which reinforces its fruity side. Not very bitter, it reveals powerful notes of exotic fruits, in particular mangoes.
Seventy One
Extra Special Bitter
In the pure style of English beers, Seventy-One is a strong and powerful amber beer.
Its malty character brings out notes of cherry, biscuit and caramel.
The name is a reference to the year the style was created (1971) by Fuller’s in London.
Smoky Bandit
Smoked IPA
Smoky Bandit is an amber beer, it’s malt smoked over a beech wood fire. Its balance is a subtle mix of the fruity side of its hops, its smoky character and its sweet bitterness.
Black Betty
Imperial Stout Framboise
Black Betty is a strong beer with a black robe from the roasted malts, and rosy reflections from fresh raspberries.
It is a lovely blend of power, sweetness and acidity.
Fruit Spirit
Berliner Weisse
A smooth beer with exotic fruits / blackcurrants. Fruity but not sweet.

Monts Jura Blonde
Monts Jura Blonde
Easy to drink, but not boring.
Clear golden colour, persistent white foam. Subtle aromas of biscuity malt and honey, with a floral touch. On the palate, soft attack, light roundness, dry, balanced finish. Moderate bitterness.
Monts Jura Blanche
Monts Jura Blanche
A light, thirst-quenching white beer.
Pale, cloudy colour, fine mousse. Nose of citrus fruit, coriander and raw wheat. Light and lively on the palate, very refreshing, with notes of sweet orange and spices. Low bitterness, dry, tangy finish.
Monts Jura Blonde
Monts Jura IPA
An IPA with a restrained, accessible bitterness.
Explosive nose of tropical fruit and resin. Expressive, hoppy palate with a dry finish. Lingering aromas of mango, pine and citrus.

Alligator
Weizenbock
Alligator is a dark beer made from wheat. The style comes to us from Bavaria. It’s a smooth, round beer with spicy notes from the Bavarian yeast.
Acid Jazz
Sour IPA
This refreshing Sour IPA evokes the light, fruity notes of the first rays of sunshine, while its lively acidity brilliantly replaces the usual bitterness for a tasting experience full of nuances.
Ceylan Time
Pale Ale Earl Grey
You may have had the opportunity to discover it at the Lyon Bière Festival. It’s a mixed fermentation beer, created by blending two of our beers with a strain of Brettanomyces that adds a lovely fruity complexity. The whole is enhanced by an infusion of Earl Grey tea, giving it that delicate bergamot aroma.
The nose reveals notes of exotic fruit and citrus. Its fine bubbles make it an ultra-refreshing beer, perfect for summer.
Duc de Grilly
Imperial Stout Framboise Barriquée
We left the Black Betty in oak barrels for 12 months, which allowed the wild yeasts (bretts) to develop and bring their unique flavour. The barrel also helped bring incredible complexity to this tasty beer.
Dragonfly
Pale Ale Brettée
After a long twenty-four month wait in old wine barrels, Dragon Fly was born from a pale ale in which we let the local wild yeasts, the brettes, develop.
The result is a pale ale with fine lemony notes, underpinned by the woodiness of the barrels and the rusticity of the brettes.
Fruits Défendus
Pale Ale Peach & Raspberry
The second iteration of our mixed fermentation base, this wild and fruity creation is a blend of two of our beers and a strain of Brettanomyces, flavoured with peach and raspberry.
Foxy Lady
Winter Ale
Foxy Lady is a strong, smoky, copper coloured beer.
We brew it with fresh ginger and cloves, so that this winter beer can warm your heart!
Grilleros
Fruity Sour
Grilleros is a blend of beers aged in old wine barrels. It’s a very complex beer, with pronounced acidity, a powerful barrique flavour and a relatively strong bitterness.
To soften the complex flavour, we’ve added prickly pear and lime.
Mango Mania
Pale Ale Brettée
The Mango Mania comes from our conviction that mango blends very well with wild Brettanomyces yeasts. We have allowed this beer to age in oak barrels for more than a year. The mango flavour is relatively discreet, so as not to overwhelm the subtle tastes of the Brett. Don’t expect a sugary beer, because all the sugar of the fruit is fermented by the wild yeast!

Hire a craft beer tap for your events, simply and with no hidden costs: hire is included in the price of the kegs. You only pay for opened kegs – unopened kegs are taken back. A deposit will be required for the equipment.
All our fountains are dry-cooling, require only a power socket, and work with 20L kegs of all our beers – subject to availability.
