Here’s the Echappée Belle dream team for the start of the new year!
From left to right: Anthony, Simon, Fred, Andy, Eliot, Greg and Medhi.
Briefly, Anthony and Greg are in charge of the brewing side of things, brewing and bottling the beers you’ll find at Echappée Belle.
Medhi, Andy, Eliot, Simon and Fred are in charge of the bar, making sure that everything runs smoothly when you enter our Ali Baba cave.
You can also say hello to our partners, Kristina and Pascal, who are not in the photo but were recently featured on our page!
We’d also like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our latest recruits who started in September: Eliot, Mehdi and Simon.
Eliot is our apprentice on a BTS in wine and spirits marketing. He works alongside Frédéric Manson on the brewery’s commercial development. He’s also a great help in our day-to-day operations, as he looks after the catering, bar management, brewing and bottling.
Medhi is our head chef. If you haven’t seen him yet, it’s because he’s far too busy concocting those little tapas and slates for you!
And finally Simon, the new barman, who is in charge of bar management and communications.
The whole team would like to thank you for your confidence in us and for sharing this wonderful adventure, which has been going on for over 6 years now!
