We need you so that we can take the next step!
For 9 years, we’ve been brewing craft beer in Grilly — we’re the ones behind the Échappée Belle beers. Made with local malt, passion, and a team that believes in this project.
Today our bottling process is 100% manual — that’s our main limitation.
Our goal is to raise 65 000 € to buy a bottling machine and take the next step.
If we reach 80 000 €, we’ll be able to buy a keg washer. At 100 000 €, a keg fleet.
What this will change
- Growing from 50,000 to 120,000 liters a year — with just two people.
- Decent working conditions. No more hours filling bottles one by one.
- More consistent quality — less handling, less risk.
- The ability to sell more, and sell better — every liter counts.
- Becoming more professional without losing what makes us who we are.
Why we are turning to you
We won’t sugarcoat it. The brewery has already invested a great deal to get here. We’ve put in our own capital, taken on debts, and gone through some tough times.
Today, turning to our community is the next logical step.
Because it means it’s the Échappées — our customers, our friends, the people of this region — who make it possible. Not a bank. Not a fund. The community.
This brewery has been rooted here for 9 years. And its BrewPub, l’Échappée Belle, is a rare cultural venue on the French side of the Pays de Gex — it creates local jobs and brings life to the area. Supporting this campaign means supporting something that belongs to you.
The Team
Behind the Brasserie de Grilly is a team that joined this project out of conviction.
Frédéric, after 13 years with Médecins Sans Frontières, trained as a brewer and, together with his two former partners, founded the Brasserie Artisanale de Grilly and the l’Échappée Belle bar. Kristina and Pascal each have their own separate careers — but they chose to invest their money, time, and energy in this project because it means something. And of course, our fantastic team — Jean-Marc, Thibault, Nicolas, Stephen, and Marie — who give their best every day to keep our business running.
Everyone is here because this brewery represents something — for the region, for the people, for what we want to build here.

How it works
Joining the adventure is quick and simple! In just a few steps, you can subscribe to one or more support vouchers, choose the reward that suits you, and make the transfer. Just follow these steps:
Step 1 : Choose your package

Fill out the online form below and select from the drop-down menu the number of vouchers you’d like to subscribe to — each voucher is worth 100 € — as well as the type of benefits you’d like: annual, one-time, or no benefits.
In return, you receive benefits in kind — our beer.
- For every 100 €, you receive 2 bottles of 75 cl or 4 bottles of 33 cl per year, your choice. From 500 €, this benefit is increased to 3 bottles of 75 cl or 6 bottles of 33 cl per 100 €. The first allocation can be withdrawn as soon as the donation is made, and then every year thereafter.
- You can also choose a one-time allocation, requesting the equivalent of 3 years of in-kind benefits all at once.
- Anyone who wishes to send the full donation to the company can choose to subscribe with no benefits.

Step 2 : Make your transfer

Once you’ve submitted the form, make the transfer by one of the following payment methods: bank transfer — our preferred method, as it involves no fees — or via a QR code in just a few clicks.
Step 3 : Come and collect your reward

As soon as your payment has been recorded in our accounts, you’ll receive your subscription certificate, be entered in our register of titleholders, and be able to come collect your first benefits at the brewery!
