A new adventure begins at l’Échappée Belle!

We are very pleased to announce that Nicolas Moreau has joined our team this month as our new Bar Manager.

He succeeds Julie, who has chosen to continue her training. We sincerely thank her for her commitment and excellent work, and we wish her every success for the future!

Aged 32 and living in Gex, Nicolas is passionate about beer brewing, gastronomy, music and, of course, the world of the bar. With his experience and enthusiasm, he fits perfectly with the spirit of l’Échappée Belle.

We welcome him warmly and wish him every success in his new role.

This Saturday, our brasserie had the pleasure of taking part in the Fête de la Musique in Divonne-les-Bains with our own bar. Thanks to splendid weather, an ideal location and a highly motivated team, the evening was a real success!

Our bar stayed open until 1am, and the flow of visitors never stopped. It was a real pleasure to see so many familiar faces – friends, regulars and the curious – come to share this festive moment with us.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came to see us!

Our finds box is so full it’s threatening to overflow.
That’s why we’d like to do some spring cleaning there too!

Here you’ll find photos of all the jackets, hats, scarves, toys etc. that have accumulated over the last two years. We’re keeping them for another four weeks, after which we’ll pass them on to the Restos du Cœur.

So come along and pick up your stuff and/or have a drink!

Our opening hours are slightly changed during the festive season:

Come to see us in the Divonne les Bains fan zone, at the Esplanade, during the two weeks of the Olympics!
The brewery & bar will of course remain open for you to sample our delicious craft beers!
