We are very happy to introduce our new brewer: Jean Marc Schilder!
Jean Marc, 51, comes from Colmar and is the father of a 17 year old daughter. He joined our team at the beginning of July and has already settled in very well. He also brings with him a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in beer brewing 🍺.
He even ran his own brewery with BrewPub, which he successfully sold in 2023.
We are delighted to welcome him to our team and wish him all the best in his new role!
